Victor is amazing. Our AC died on the Sunday of a three-day weekend and in the middle of a heatwave. I called on a Sunday evening and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He was fantastic! This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!

I do a lot of work for white shoe investors, Hi net worth individuals, certified investors and prominent businessmen. Type A's can be very difficult to manage their expectations. All of my experiences with them have been stellar. I've called them for both day and night, emergency and non emergency, situations. For over 15 years, in the worst timeframes, and massive plumbing and HVAC problems.

They have always come thru on time, on budget, and their staff actually love what they do. Never an ego, attitude, or issue. They listen, do what you desire, and in the course of the work they were called to do, if they spot an upcoming problem, they let you know about it. So you can either get it fixed yourself, or by them the next day at very reasonable rates. They don't work it and jerk it to get an exorbitant bill going on an emergency call.
Because when the big guy's toilet is backed up, or their hot water isn't hot anymore, that's stone cold ugly, a major attitude, ballistic mad, and never no glad.

It is incredibly difficult to find experts, in these days of no one is on 1, or can do a damn thing right. These guys always perform brilliantly, and are THE experts with no attitude, wavy, shady, goofy, or krazy. INCOMPETENT and UNETHICAL are the two best words to describe my experience with Morganized Plumbing and its owner, Morgan Spiegel.

Morganized cut the water lines to my house without my authorization. Morgan personally admitted to me that he knew what he did was wrong, but justified his actions by saying that the neighbor who asked him to do it was a long-standing client of his, and she didn't like the fact that my water pipes were visible. How crazy is that? It sounds like he is saying that he can be bribed or persuaded to do anything?

Morgan also lied to my tenants about how long the water would be off, by saying that it would only be a short while. However, due to screw-ups by Morgan and his guys, the water was off for the bulk of the day. When the water finally was turned back on, there was so much dirt and mud in the lines that it literally took two hours to flush them out because Morgan's incompetent plumbers also somehow let the debris flow into the water heater.

My tenants had to cancel their plans on a Friday night and stay home, while Morgan removed the debris that he let enter the line. Morgan promised to compensate my tenants for all of the inconveniences he caused, but then refused to honor his agreement.

I would never entrust Morgan and his incompetent guys to work on my house, as he clearly lacks both skill and integrity.

There are much better options for plumbers, so I highly suggest that you save yourself the heartache and disappointment, and go with a different plumber.

Called their sister company, answering service wasn't listening to the problem, hung up. Called Ritz, different operator or same girl pretending to be someone different.

Guys came out. Quoted me $195 to replace a part they would have to get from their shop. It was the valve that turned inside a bath faucet. They didn't have the tool to actually take it off. Tried tugging it for a while. Gave up. Fiddled with it until it looked like it stopped leaking. Still charged the $195.

Two weeks later and it's leaking again. Calling roter rooter or some other chain. Should have dipped when I heard it was the sister company of the one I had just hung up on.

Don't use these guys or A&B Plumbing, same company.
