Best Drain Leak in Los Angeles CA

They installed water softener at my new house and it works great. In the area that I live they have super hard water. Water is super soft and their service was great. Awesome company

I recently had LA Premium Plumbing install new pipes in my home and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire installation process. They took the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions I had. The work they did was of the highest quality and I can tell that they take pride in their craftsmanship.

Chris came out and patiently took his time to assess the problem. He determined that his company would not be able to determine exactly what was occurring after he checked the obvious things with no results of figuring out how water was entering the foundation. He suggested that a structural engineer be contacted. I appreciated his frank & honest opinion.

5 star service by Justin & his crew! Today Justin himself and Daniel one of his techs saved the day! This review is way past due as this is the 4th I'veused them and every time they have fixed and resolved the issue. Called on Thursday and scheduled for today. Elizabeth their manager is very professional and is on top of their customer service. Originally I called them to snake 2 drains and install a new garbage disposal but after they got there we decided to add a new kitchen faucet & air vent where the water spills out if for some reason it gets backed up. 5 stars hands down! Rafael came on time, friendly, and went to work immediately, installing 2 toilets purchased from Home Depot. He was done in a very short time with both installations-I think around an hour, and the result was replacement of two very olde toilets for ones that work wonderfully, save water, and look beautiful. An expert in installations, surely, and I would trust him with any plumbing job. Scheduling was great (next day), and was more meaningful in that it was done so close to Christmas. A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. I cannot recommend this local plumbing business highly enough.

I had Royale install a new toilet + tank in my apartment. It is a tight space with the bathtub about 12 from the toilet. After the plumber left, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub glaze, maybe caused by a metal tool hitting it. It seems like an easy fix but I don't have the experience to fix it myself.
So I sent Royale a photo and they replied: we don't do any patching work and are not held responsible for any damage done. Really? If you make the damage - that makes you responsible! Regardless of their official position, I felt like I wasn't asking for a lot. Due to their disappointing customer service, I will not use their services again.

Would not recommend this service at all. Poor job quality (happy to share pics and detail) and what's worst, is really taken advantage of on the pricing. Was quoted one thing, then bait and switch. When called on it, was essentially threatened that proprietor would bang on my door until he got his money. Had no issue paying except that I was being gouged. Happy to go into detail and share how and why. Truly unfortunate as there are many people in my area relocating to homes in the neighborhood and was hoping to be able to recommend them, but wish I did more research in this case.
