We had an unusual problem of an odor in a bathroom in an old commercial building. Todd and Seth spent a lot of time troubleshooting and pointed us the probable cause and also suggested that we use a less expensive handyman to do some of the work to identify the cause which turned to be a crack in an ancient cast iron pipe hidden in the wall.

I got the best plumbing service ever from them. I had a problem with my toilet and they came to rectify it immediately.

Late on a Friday afternoon we discovered that our clean out had overflowed and had backed up. Our old plumber of 20+ years had recently retired so we found ourselves in a bind. I went on Google in search of a plumber and, after reading dozens and dozens of reviews across multiple sites plus doing some thorough research myself, I chose Flood Brothers. I called them up around 6 PM and they put me in touch with Philip, their emergency serviceman who scheduled my appointment for the very next morning, a Saturday.

Philip showed up for what I thought was going to be a simple snaking of the line to clear out the blockage. He used a camera snake which unfortunately showed a crack in the clay sewer pipe leading away from the house. Less than an hour later his crew (Santos and another guy) showed up and began the tough work to replace a section of the pipe. About three hours later the pipe was replaced and the problem fixed. Philip came by the next morning to inspect the worksite and complete the invoice. He was extremely nice and communicative about everything.

All in all we were extremely happy with the service from Philip and his crew from Flood Brothers. It looks like we have found our new go-to plumbers. Many thanks to Philip and his crew!

5 star service by Justin & his crew! Today Justin himself and Daniel one of his techs saved the day! This review is way past due as this is the 4th I'veused them and every time they have fixed and resolved the issue. Called on Thursday and scheduled for today. Elizabeth their manager is very professional and is on top of their customer service. Originally I called them to snake 2 drains and install a new garbage disposal but after they got there we decided to add a new kitchen faucet & air vent where the water spills out if for some reason it gets backed up. 5 stars hands down! I had an emergency with my water heater today. Edwin was quick to respond, offered to swing by to check it out, and immediately put my mind at ease when he showed up. He gave me an honest assessment, went off to buy the required materials, and came back to install a new water heater. Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. I don't know much about plumbing, but I do know good customer service. I had some issues under my kitchen sink where the drains had become disconnected. The existing plumbing was kind of a mess & the guys from Royale Plumbing replaced & repaired the hack job that was there when I bought my place. I called RP at around 4:15 in the afternoon & spoke to Janelle. She was extremely helpful & reassuring & also clear about pricing etc. Although the price seemed high (I have nothing to compare it to), there was no confusion about what I should expect. Janelle let me know that the plumber(s) would be at my place between 6pm & 9pm. 3 hours is a big window & they ended up arriving closer to 9 than 6, but I appreciated that it was on short notice. The plumbers determined that there was more work than initially anticipated & I received a call from Janelle to inform me of additional costs while the guys were there/before they did the work. The guys were quiet & clean & respectful. They were there for almost an hour, I think. They did a great job & I feel confident that things are way better than they were before.

I would definitely use Royale Plumbing again.
