Best Video Inspection in Los Angeles CA

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

There are so many plumbers out there and often it is difficult to find a good one. I have used H.N. Harris Plumbing for many years and they are always professional, honest, and offer good rates. There are times when I have used others because they were busy on a certain day and so I've gone through and used a lot of different businesses. These guys still remain my #1 choice.

We needed the old pipe under the house replaced to fix repeated clogging. They did the work promptly and we’ll for a MUCH better price than the estimate we got from another plumber.

Very professional and courteous plumber

Julio is the best! He arrives on time, polite and very knowledgeable about plumbing issues. His prices are extremely reasonable and he offers a senior discount! He worked in my kitchen as well as my bathrooms-his work is impeccable and the work area is left so clean. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Definitely found my plumber, I will recommend him to family and friends. He travels to other areas as well-when I told him my daughter was in Altadena, he said that was no problem. Great guy, great business. Oh, also he is very honest and does not try to talk you into more work, he actually try’s to save you money!

Hotline Plumbing is so good a what they do, I’m almost happy to have plumbing problems?. Hotline Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for about 10 years. From clogged sewage lines to water heater repair or replacement and everything in between. I have never had an issue with their work and all the employees are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Don’t be turned off by a couple of bad reviews. When companies offer estimates online , they are going based on general information, many times the actual job requires additional time, equipment, man power etc. Let Hotline Plumbing come out to your location and they will give you an honest assessment of your situation. Some jobs cost more than others, but taking short cuts to save money often ends up costing more in the long run. I trust the folks at Hotline Plumbing, I will continue to use them in the future and will refer them to everyone I know who needs an exceptional team of plumbers. Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
