Joe was so gung-ho to unclog our toilet, he showed up early. It was too clogged for a snake so rather than pull the toilet (which costs much more) he jumped on the roof and tried unclogging it from there. When that didn't work, he went in through a pipe in the garage and that did the trick. He was so quick and efficient I don't think he was there for even 45 minutes. Thanks Drain Company!

I have used them previously to repair toilet flange, and now I faced a clogged drain. Called them, they sent Jose to fix my drain issue. he was quick. I also had a leaky garbage disposal which they recommended installing a new one, i will give them a call very soon, thank you.

Set up appointment and 30 min after appointment time I get a call that no one is available, they will call me when somebody is. 3 hours later I call back and they tell me that someone is returning to their store and will be on the way. When I call and set up appointment I was told I was eligible for the promotion price and I had clarified that that was the price no hidden nothing added and the price was $39 to clear the main drain. Tech came up to the house and verified that it was the main drain. Went back to his truck to get equipment but came back to the house and informed me that it was now going to cost $350 minimum just to bring up equipment. Said no thanks. Gave 2 stars only because tech gave good advice to do it myself. Rent the equipment from Home Depot, it was a lot less money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Jose and his team at The Real Plumbers stand by their name. I called them yesterday about a gas leak after SoCal Gas was routinely checking for leaks on my street - and found gas emissions from our home. They shut our gas off. And left.
Jose was here by 8 AM. Professional. Courteous. Hardworking.
His team found 5 gas leaks and fixed them all. Thank you for fixing our gas leak and the new pipes.

Randall replaced our water shut off and pressure relief valves for less than half of what other plumbers wanted. He showed up promptly, even in the rain, and completed the work as specified. Highly recommended.

The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. Craig's is awesome! Showed up right on time, charged a fair price, explained exactly what the problem was and solved it. SO MUCH BETTER THAN ROTO ROOTER, who was a total nightmare to deal with and quoted us like 3x higher. Unreal. Definitely use local guys like Craig's over the big bureaucratic organizations. Very happy we found a plumber we can trust.

Drainage pipe for kitchen did not have a cap on it when it was built so it leaked when backed up. We found the leak and had to wait a week without our kitchen for them to come and just put a cap on the pipe. They can't put a cap on a pipe as it leaked a few hours after the cap was placed from the cap they placed. Called them back to come fix it but since it was Friday they said they don't work the weekends and they'd come Monday. Even after I insisted they still wouldn't come until Monday. Very disappointed in their service.
