Not an inexpensive fix, but comparable to competitors, and fair, given I was unable to fix on my own. Moses was knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, confident he could clear the drain. I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

Richard showed up on time and did extra work to get my laundry room drain working.

He also fixed my toilet at a fair price.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

There are so many plumbers out there and often it is difficult to find a good one. I have used H.N. Harris Plumbing for many years and they are always professional, honest, and offer good rates. There are times when I have used others because they were busy on a certain day and so I've gone through and used a lot of different businesses. These guys still remain my #1 choice.

I just wanted to comment on how such an amazing job Ninja plumbing did at my house. My toilet and bathtub were clogged up and the water wouldn’t drain. I gave them a call and there customer service was phenomenal. When showing up to my house they finished the job in a timely manner. Once again magnet plumbing came to save the day. I manage a building of 49 units and out we had a gas leak somewhere. The city shut the gas for the whole building. They also are the main plumbing company do all the services for my building I have no complains my tenants love them and for this gas problem I call them they showed up right away and they got to work they found the problem fixed it in there able to turn on the gas so that people could have dinner that's amazing Saul is an amazing person he came and helped us through everything he was right on time very professional.
