Good old fashioned speedy and competent service. When you have a plumbing issue you want it solved, fast. I called several companies before I found Mr. Speedy. Mr. Speedy was the only company which didn’t give me the run around. They just took care of it. And the plumber who did the work was friendly and tidy.

Eugene was Professional, Friendly, Competent and fixed our toilet in a relatively short time. He even cleaned up after his work! I highly recommend this company if you have plumbing issues.

STOP LOOKING for a plumber. This is the best plumber I've ever used and I've used a ton of 'em over the years! He is diligent, on time does more then required. He's neat, clean and friendly and here comes the best part.....

This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.

Great experience!!! They arrived when they said they would, they were professional, communicative, friendly and made the repairs in a timely manner. I definitely would request them if I need plumbing service.

Richard showed up on time and did extra work to get my laundry room drain working.

He also fixed my toilet at a fair price.

Highly recommended. Just moved into new townhouse, had new washer/dryer delivered only to discover leaking laundry water valve. Found them online, they were able to come out right away. Though they didn't have the right part on them, they went and got it and came back a half hour later. Thanks, Justin (and sorry, forgot the name of the other plumber with him).

Julio was GREAT! He was so kind and professional. He fixed my garbage disposal that was clogged. He showed me the clog and explained how to avoid it from happening again. I am so thankful I called Julio!!

I usually don't post reviews but this is the second time we contact Western Rooter for a job and I have to say their service is on point.Daniel arrived as indicated and installed the shed for our water heater. He completed the job fairly quickly and we are highly satisfied with the quality of his work. Daniel also provided excellent customer service, to which I'd say that I definitely recommend them.

Go with someone else, see below:
1. Gave dispatch our address, in the Hills so obviously limited parking, and didn't notify us that a half-size-semi-truck (small moving van) would arrive and need to park in front. Yes, we moved our vehicles from the driveway in advance for him to park off-street but because of the vehicle size would not fit, BTW didn't even try. I was not going to argue with him.
2. Waited for several minutes hoping for two cars on the street to move for the half-semi size plumbing truck to have space.
3. Then spoke to plumber waiting in truck for additional options with parking and he started to argue with me and actually begin to tell me how I should be more prepared for their arrival.
4. At that point I said thank you but we will go with another company. He drove away hastily.
5. Guess what, a few minutes later a parking spot in front of our place opened up so I called the company back for another chance and to reschedule.
6. They transferred me to the manager and he said, sorry the plumber is long gone now. The manager didn't even ask me to reschedule or apologise for the miscommunication... I hung up and called another plumbing company.
Hope this review helps the company in the future. For now, hope this review helps other residents stay away from improperly managed businesses, etc.

We called in the morning, a person was out to look at it before noon, gave us a very reasonable estimate. We approved the estimate and the plumber was back and fixed the problem by 2:00 pm. Great job.

Super high priced when I called them for help. Guy came out and tried to charge me over $100 because they wouldn't give me the price over the phone. i was told not call back again in the future. They dont seem very motivated what so ever and are scamming people! Beware DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!
