Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. Thank you Scotty and Ford's for making this first experience great.

This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

Sure as heck my mainline plugged on a holiday. I called A1 after making an appointment with Roto Rooter that they failed to show for. Jennifer assisted me with a two hour window for service and informed me of a special they were running for drain clearing. Jose arrived in the window as promised and promptly identified the problem and cleared the line. He was professional and courteous and charged me the special rate Jennifer had told me about. I definitely recommend A1 and will use them for any future plumbing needs I have.

I thought I needed a new hot water heater because of a leak from the drain valve. I talked to them on the phone for 15 minutes and he suggested i just by a screw cap for the drain outlet to see if that would solve the problem. He could have easily sold me a water heater but instead, for $2.50 he solved my problem. He provided a lot of useful information over the phone, which was appreciated. Thanks guys!
