I found out that my sister had a clogged drain in her kitchen on a Tuesday late in the afternoon so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was told that they could come out on Tuesday or Wednesday and it would be the same price with no extra charge for same day service. I was given a time window of what time the technician would be there and then I was called approximately 30 minutes before his arrival by the dispatcher. I was told it would be $76 to clear the drain with a coupon, and so when Mike the plumber arrived, I showed him the coupon and he went to work. My sister lives in an older mobile home, which makes working on plumbing issues more difficult. The glog was deep in the pipes and Mike had to snake the system twice at least 40 feet. Mike never batted an eye and never acted frustrated even though this service call took over an hour. He was polite, courteous and informative. Based upon my experience with Mike A, I would have to give Benjamin Franklin Plumbing an A+. I hope that the owners of the company appreciate a good employee.
