Tim replaced the flange on my commode and reset the toilet. This required some finesse as the wood surrounding the flange had been damaged. Timothy did a great job. Friendly and professional. I thought the price was reasonable. I will certainly call again when I need plumbing help.

I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. We’ve been using Primo for 12+ years for maintenance and emergencies. They have done everything from installing a clean out drain, annual root rooting, and a few back up emergencies. Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.
