Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. My shower pipe broke for the second time this year over the weekend and needed immediate service, called GM Plumbing and spoke to Phillip who assured me that he was going to send someone right away which he did! The plumber was extremely friendly, professional and very informative my shower was fixed flawlessly, apparently the my previous plumber (who I will no longer be calling) installed it very poorly and the price was very reasonable. As someone who works for customer service I immediately pay attention from the call to the end of the service and this plumbing company met all my expectations. Will definitely be using GM Plumbing as my forever plumber.

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.

Gave Mr. Castaneda a call immediately after being informed of a gas leak on my property. Castaneda understood the urgency and met with me the same day to test for the leak. After the test, it was apparent to the two of us how severe the leak was. Mr. Castaneda was kind enough to explain and show me what he was doing. He connected an air compressor to one end of a pipe next to the gas meter. Of course he ensured all other ends of the gas pipes were closed before we shot air into the pipes. As this was done, the pressure was being measured by a pressure gauge that was connected to another end of a gas pipe.

Castaneda recommended I replace the pipes as they were all old and could potentially cause the same issue in the future.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work that was done at my property. Castaneda 24/7 plumbing is now my go to plumber. Not only are his prices reasonably priced but you get to work with good genuine plumbing contractor.

PDS plumbing is a great company that I have had the great fortune of working with several times. They are quick, reliable, and provide a high quality of work every time. There is no other plumber I would use.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Didn't do work according to code so when the city arrived to do additional work they couldn't. Wasted almost 1000 dollars to have someone else come in and do it right. When we called to inquire about it, Nick said I will talk to my supervisor and call you back. Never called back and now won't return any messages. We've left at least 3 requesting someone call us back. If you want good plumbing, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Albanos has never let me down! They are always very responsive, and come as soon as they can. They make sure every issue is resolved before leaving, and follow up to make sure the problem has been fixed.
