When I called to schedule an appointment, the person on the phone was friendly and helpful, and they were able to send a plumber out to my house within a few hours. The plumber who came to my house was knowledgeable and thorough, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He fixed my plumbing issue quickly and cleanly, and he even gave me some helpful tips for preventing future problems. We had the technician come back today, as they were unable to complete the job ok on Friday.The tech on Friday was completely unaware of what to do, we were reading the instructions and guiding him.He was unable to get the grill working.We looked at the grill after they left and realized the main. Part was put in backwards.We advised the technician of that upon arrival this am, he looked and realized we were correct.Very disappointing. Not to mention the exorbitant cost!We will not recommend!
