Dial One did an excellent job. First impression was when they answered the phone, very courteous, pleasant and listened to the problem we had with our heater. Was out that afternoon, to service heater, service tech needed a part, and returned the next day, as promised with part and fixed the heater. This was the first time we used Dial One and we will definitely use them again with with any plumbing, heating or air conditioner problems. Thank you Dial One for excellent service and your caring matter.

Patio drain repair. A few surprises and they just kept working and completed the job. Could have been the old, (this was not quoted, it will cost more). Very professional and I will definitely use them again!

I had a stubborn clogged kitchen drain which I tried to snake myself, but without success. I called Dave and he came promptly in about an hour. He was efficient and was able to unclog it and he further made sure it was draining well. I then asked him to take a look at the dishwasher drain which was backing up often through the air vent. He was able to identify a cause which was a bent hose that pinched the drain path and blocked water from draining smoothly. He was able to correct the issue and I had two problems fixed in one visit. Dave was professional yet friendly and it was quite pleasant to employ his service.

Whenever you call these guys they're there faster than you can even say their name! they are seriously so great! I literally would not recommend anyone else! my grandparents had a horrible clog in their toilets, they were there instantly! and the prices of their warranties are seriously the best i've known! if you have any problems i would recommend neighborhood plumbing in a heart beat. For fast, efficient service, they're the best! they treat you like family.

My only regret was not calling sooner. John had a same day opening and got our toilet back in service in a flash. He’s friendly and his rates are very reasonable.
