Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. I will refer Timothy over & over again for his reliability, experience and definitely someone you can trust. He caters to each clients needs and truly puts his ALL into his work. He is more than fair on his pricing and worth EVERY penny of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . He explained everything he was doing and what things were important. He was reasonable on pricing as well. I will definitely call on him again and refer him for your Waterheater or plumbing needs. Jordan and the crew are fantastic. Great work. Informative and absolutely reasonably priced even in emergency circumstances. My only hesitancy is that alerting people to how great they are means they may not be available when we need them next!

If you need a trustworthy, professional plumber, I highly recommend William Thomas Plumbing. They find the problem, present the solution/options and do good work at an affordable price. They won't nickle and dime you, and do half the work, or create problems so they can come back. If you need a good trustworthy, afordable plumber....call them.

Needed emergency help one evening to unclog our main house drain line. They arrived when they said they would, did a great job pulling 2 large bundles of roots out of the line, and didn't charge and arm and a leg. Seems like a family business since it was the son of the owner on call. Would definitively call them again if we need preventive or (hopefully now) emergency service again.

I was ready to say goodbye to a new couch because I thought I had to buy a new water heater, but Mr. Jose didn’t give up hope and was able to get it started again.
