The tub and toilet in one of the bathrooms in my house was completely back up. My husband and I just recently bought our home so we had no idea what the issue could’ve been and unfortunately it wasn’t caught during the inspection process while we were in escrow. I can't say enough about Castaneda's Plumbing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were the first ones to respond when I started a search for a big plumbing job. And I'm glad I didn't look any further. I knew I needed about 40ft of pipe to be repaired from what previous plumbers told me, but I was scared to dig up my home. Initially I contacted this company to see if I could get trenchless repair. They gave me a full inspection, saw that I couldn't have trenchless work done, BUT they gave me all options trying to help me out. These guys are honest!! Their work is solid, they work fast, and they are clean! I couldn't believe how clean they left the workspace everyday. all the workers are polite and kind. And Their pricing is very fair. The owner Jose is responsive to calls and will give you his best and honest recommendation. Joel who managed the big job at my home is excellent--very thorough in his work and always explained everything. What I thought would be a nightmare to dig up my floors, ended up being way better than expected. Thank you Jose and Joel! You guys are the only plumbers I will ever call now. They came out and replaced my toilet. The plumber had to go to Lowes to buy a part and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed correctly .good job will use them again

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone
