I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that my wife and I just had a new baby and we needed the hot water to work as soon as possible. The lady on the phone made sure a Tech was available right away. Steve came to my home and gave me several options on repairing or replacing my water heater. I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

I thought a flashlight came up missing one time assuming it was accidentally taken with their equipment. To which the boss was willing to get me a new one. That's incredible customer service reconciliation even tho I turned down the offer. My wife found the flashlight later so I'm a dork. All in all great people.

Beach Plumbing far exceeded our expectations. They replumbed our entire 4 bathroom, 3300 square foot house that was built in 1947-no easy job to say the least. Their work is impeccable. They were Awesome! Galan & Tony took such great care of us! Galan helped us understand how bad are piping from the bathroom truly was. We just thought it was a tough clog, but this house was built in the 50s and the pipes would have done great damage if it wasn’t for them.
