Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Had excellent service. Elliot was very nice, informative, and on time. Plus Elliot and his partner, Jose were really clean. It took about 30 min to install a brand new disposal on the weekend before XMAS.

A-1 Performance is the best! Prompt, honest, knowledgeable, and quickly gets the job done. We have sampled several plumbers in the area over many years and we have gotten the best service from them. We found A-1 performance when another plumber would not stand behind their work when a problem appeared a week after installation. I had an excellent experience with Frans plumbing. The actual owner came to assist my problem. He Was prompt knowledgeable and always had a smile. He quickly found out that my toilet was flushing slow not because of my drain but the problem was from our actual toilet, from a series of tests that he performed. We had a new toilet put in and no problems. He saved us a lot of money. Frans plumbing is highly recommended and I will continue using them for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

They were so helpful, last minute. In this climate a plumber who is unavailable last minute is a blubber in demand (meaning good work) but I they accommodated me since it was a borderline emergency. They were reasonable in price and worked hard

Terrible customer service!! I called for someone to come out today and was told the technician would arrive between 4 and 6pm. I get a phone call after 6pm telling me they just got my call a few minutes ago (LIAR) and would have to charge me an after hours fee if they came now. How about just saying I don't wanna come today but I can come tomorrow and an apology for wasting my damn time. I'm so freaking annoyed! They don't deserve a one star but I had no choice.
