5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!

We bought a 100 year old home that was in disrepair and needed to repipe our entire home. After interviewing many plumbers, we decided to work with Beach plumbing as they were clearly the best candidates. We also decided to get a new tankless water heater and new water filtration system with them as well.

Their owner Chad was of great help during the repipe, overseeing the project, and answering a lot of questions asked by my family. Chad was very professional and really cares about his company's reputation.  Edwin, their lead manager, also did an amazing job assessing our challenges and organizing project from inspection and contract and to follow up. He always answered my phone calls and house calls promptly, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Chad and Edwin went the extra mile to keep us happy and keep things on schedule.

Chad the owner also hires great people and I could tell that he cared a lot about his employees. They were a stellar team including the managers, supervisors and technicians to every employee I came across. The front line team was polite, efficient, great at communicating with our family, cleaned up after themselves and keep the mess to a minimum.  They started first thing in the morning by covering up all our hardwood floors, hanging plastic to protect areas they wouldn't be working in, and covering up everything else.  They found ways to work around areas that couldn't be disturbed, like counters, backsplash in the kitchen, and tile in bathroom showers and exterior stucco.  They also did a great job of patching the walls when they were done.

We are also very happy with the results of their work nine months later as we haven’t had any problems, and are enjoying our new improved water flow, tankless water heater, and filtered water. It was worth every penny!!! The Beach Plumbing team are my plumbers for life!!!!

As far as Rick Roberts job the customer had a broke down sewer at City connection spent quite awhile trying to fix for him got my cable hung up in his defective line had to charge for my time we do not work for free Rick called when he had line replaced to come get our cable I think we handled situation correctly secondly as far as not responding to Ruby talkington had did several calls for her over the years constantly having to deal with her complaining about charges and thinking she needed to be billed so I decided that we were done doing work for her there are way more satisfied customers with Miller's drain in Wichita than these to complainers my phone will always ring and u can't make everyone happy we will continue to take care of our customers new and returning thank u

Very responsive, great communication, nice and professional, and on top of all this, Jeebz was very helpful when we had some other questions after they had completed the work. We will definitely call them again if/when we have another plumbing work to be done !
