Best Kitchen Remodeling in Long Beach CA

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

I am very happy with my experience with this company. The plumber who does the toilet installation was very informative, friendly, and fun to be at. He arrived on time with all the common parts of his van. This guy is really amazing. I was very pleased and satisfied with the overall result. Thank you so much!

Super happy with the work that Jorge did last week. They worked quickly, did a solid job, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. When we were about to go over the quoted estimate because of further requests on my part, he let me know, so there were no surprises upon seeing the invoice. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision I didn’t understand. he was considerate of cleanliness in my home, he showed up on time to every appt, which I really appreciate. Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. Let the buyer beware is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
