Great service.

Feels like they took advantage, that it was an emergency that we had a burst pipe. The price was way too high. I would have loved to give them more stars and a better rating. But charging almost $900 for less than an hour's worth of work replacing a small piece of copper pipe, and it wasn't even outside of normal business hours.
They did send someone out quick, he did good work and was friendly and professional, but the price makes me never wanting to use them again and want to caution others to look elsewhere.

Long Beach Plumber is by far the best plumbing company I have used ever. They were affordable, fast, on time, and wore those little things around their feet when they entered the house. If I ever need a plumber again I will be using them without a doubt.

I was able to hire this company to handle the kitchen faucet repair service yesterday, and luckily, they were able to do so without any delays. Had clogged pipe which was backing up sink and shower. Chuck arrived at the time promised.. He diagnosed the issue right away and completed the work in an extremely timely fashion. He was polite professional and most all thorough. Price was very fair, especially for a Sunday. Dottie , the receptionist was very pleasant as well. Overall , dealing with OCP was a pleasure.
