We always use Ken for our plumbing needs for several years! Always it’s an emergency. Today he exceeded himself.
Our garbage disposal stated making some horrible clanging noise so we called Ken on Tuesday Morning. He stopped by between appointments and fixed the issue in leas than than ten mins. There jam caused by tiny plastic toy that had to have been there for over 20 years. No kids and just two of us in the house. Sometimes things just cannot be explain. Thanks you Ken for your courtesy.

Great customer service on time very professional highly

Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Elliot is very professional/detailed oriented and did a excellent job replacing pipes under a kitchen sink. He has highly skills to fix difficult problem not some plumbers don't want to handle. It was very helpful that he checked all pipes if they were in good condition to prevent from future leaking. He explained me how disposal pipes installed incorrectly unlike previous plumber from different company didn't tell me.

I was really really satisfied with the Service that John Provided. It was a spur of the moment that I called him and he was happy to do the job and what a great job he did. He replaced our waterheater, hauled off the old and left everything neat and in order. On top of that, I asked if he could replace a kitchen faucet also and again no problem . He explained everything he was doing and what things were important. He was reasonable on pricing as well. I will definitely call on him again and refer him for your Waterheater or plumbing needs. I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

This business came out to fix my shower drain. They were quick, effective and best of all, they did not try to upsell me on any other services. The prices were great and customer service was great as well.
