Brad was one the nicest and polite service techs that have had the pleasure of dealing with. He called prior to coming out to give me an ETA and was on time. He looked at the job I wanted to do and gave me the cost to install my new faucet and soap dispensor for my kitchen. We did decide to purchase the yearly package so Brad also flushed out the water heater which was much needed. He explained everything he was doing. I would recomend this company.
