Cesar was cheerful and helpful on the phone; very prompt to the house and his integrity and service were exceptional. He fixed the problem. And, unlike other plumbers who didn't even come and look at the water heater but told me I needed a new one, he came right over, surveyed the heater, fixed the problem and assured me that the heater was probably good for two or three more years because of its condition. He has earned my trust and will always be the only plumber I call.

Two big jobs required digging up a section of the yard to replace cracked pieces of pipe clogged with roots and small jobs like fixing a leaking water heater. Dion did a great job! He was courteous and was focused on getting the job done. He had to run up and down my steps multiple times. He just kept moving. Clearing my drain was not quite as simple as we thought it might be since it was just a slow drain not clogged completely and he had a hiccup with the stopper, but he resolved all problems!
