I called Quest Home Services to come look at my water heater that wasn’t working properly. Beach Plumbing replaced my old water heater and the enclosure. Rene came on time to start working. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of replacing the water heater and the entire enclosure. After he finished the work, he told me that he would come back to seal the gap around the pipe going to the roof because gab is rather big and rain will go in. He went back to the warehouse to get material but there is no stock there. He came back next day to seal the gap. He was very responsible to complete the work. Thank you Rene for a good work!

Beyond happy with the service I just received from Jose! Toilet clogged this morning and other company said they could be here tomorrow...24 hours later! Totally unacceptable since I only have 1 bathroom. When I called Power Rooter and explained my dilemma she completely understood and said I’d have a plumber quickly. Within 15 minutes, Jose arrived and quickly cleared the clog, and even cleaned hair out of sink drain. He explained everything that he was doing as he went.
