Best Gas Dryer Installation in Baltimore MD

I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

Frank is very nice, efficient and professional. He patiently answered my many questions and also adjusted a shower handle so I will be able to get hotter water (it wouldn’t move all the way to hot before.) He was able to diagnose my problem and install the new garbage disposal in one visit and the price was fair. He will be my plumber from now on!!

Came On-Time, great communication. The job was so clean you could eat off it. These are the guys you want to take care of your plumbing needs. Honest and True review from a customer who called a day ago and install the next day. I destroyed the 5 star button and Id donit again

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

I was advised today that this company no longer service my area. Just last year, I signed an annual water flushing service contract with them and no contacted me to say the company was downsizing in my area, and that they would no longer be servicing my area before my contract expired on 6/30/23. They did not give me the opportunity to ask for a referral or the opportunity to service my home prior to my contract expiring. I reached out to them last week and today because I did not hear from them about my service. I do not recommend this company given that they are not professional.

Amy the dispatcher was polite & informative and she broke down the entire process of how the visit would go. Jarod the technician arrived on time took a look at the issue I was having gave me multiple options and we chose the best one for today's visit. Toilet repaired professional and courteous service. Will certainly use them again. I will also be recommending them To anyone that may have need of their services. Thank you
