We woke up to find a water heater leaking in the basement. I called Called Wes who was responsive immediately. He had me text him some pictures of the situation and determined we needed a new water heater. He arrived about 1.5 hours later and installed a new water heater and removed the old water heater. Showed up on time for starters so that was a pleasant surprise as some vendors don't. Very good value at a great price.
