Best Tub/Shower in Baltimore MD

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

After doing plenty of research on plumbers in Baltimore, I called this company because of their customer reviews. I called on a Tuesday morning because my basement flooded Monday night. They said the soonest they could come was Wednesday morning and would be here between 9 and 9:30am and would call when they were on the way. at 9:15am I hadn't heard anything so I called. When I called they had no idea what I was talking about. No idea of the appt or the project. So the EXTREMELY RUDE man on the phone (I think he said Mark Butler) told me he would try to find out IF someone was coming. I said IF???? He responded that there were a lot of people there and he didn't take the order so he doesn't know if someone is coming. He was rude and nearly yelling at me because I was questioning IF someone was coming and not when?? He called me back and said someone would be here around 11:30am. That time was not as avail for me and the fact that the company was so unorganized no one knew what anyone else was doing and especially because I have never been talked to like that from a vendor - I decided to start from scratch and look for someone else. I am disappointed and upset that I did my research, waited with my basement in this condition so I can work with this company and now I am starting all over again - but I think better then that then enter into a job with a company that does not have their stuff together and then yells at the customer when they ask questions. I don't have a company I recommend yet, but I don't recommend calling this company.

Very fast response time of less than 25 minutes. The technician correctly identfied the problem and fixed it! I am extremely satisfied with this service!

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. The service was outstanding, and the plumber was really kind and respectful. I was really happy with the service I received, and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need to (which I pray I never do).
