Best Traditional Water Heater in Baltimore MD

Brad, Blade, Kai, Jeremy and Kenny (the excavation crew) did a great job repairing our water line leak. They had to dig a trench in the front of the house using an approach from the back (due to a retaining wall in front). Brad operated the excavator with surgical precision. They cleaned up, put down grass seed & a mulch cover. There was a small leak, which we discovered the next day, and another plumber, Robert found the problem right away & fixed it. We're very happy with the work and would recommend them.

This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

In a word...honest. I asked to have a bypass valve installed near my water conditioning system and Brian took the time to hear my concerns, discuss the options with me, educate me on the benefits and drawbacks, and then let me make a decision....all without any pressure to get the work done. In the end, after hearing what he had to say, including his recommendation that I NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE, I agreed. He talked me out paying him to do work that I didn't need done. You just don't find that kind of honesty every day.
When it comes time to replace my water heater, fix a leaking pipe, or any other plumbing need, you better believe he'll be the first one I call!
