My warranty company assigned Ray’s plumbing after two others and they were extremely knowledgeable. Very respectable, reliable and overall a great experience for having my first plumbing issue of a new home. I live in Townhome and water was coming in under the walls from in between mine and my neighbors unit. We had to shut off the water for all 6 townhome unit’s (we share a main water shutoff). Today Brian K. called me when he left his previous job to give me an eta. He showed up on time, introduced himself, asked a few questions, and got straight to work. He was able to locate a pinhole leak in the neighbors pipes. He was also nice enough to go into my neighbors unit and mark the wall where the leak is for the plumber. Because Brian was able to locate the leak he was able to turn the water on for the other 5 units without the leak. Brian was a life saver today for 5 families that had gone without water for 3 days! Thank you very much!!

The company has always been quick responding for plumbing repairs. Mr Goldsmith is very knowledgeable.
