He came in ON TIME. Punctual. Calm. Professional demeanor. Respectable and Respectful, both. -- My sink had been leaking profusely underneath, for quite some time. I tried to have my son fix it, he couldn't. I looked at it, seemed simple --- wouldn't didn't stop pouring out the drain pipe. He came in, simple fix (for him) and was in and out. I paid his whole fee, plus a tip. -- I didn't pay him for how easy/how quick it was (for him) -- I paid him because I tried to fix it and couldn't do it; I paid him because he provided professional peace of mind. I'll be using him again if we have another leaky problem.

Steve has a very pleasant demeanor. He came on his way home from work one evening to assess our situation. He was able to fix part of the problem on the spot. Two days later he was there to fix the entire problem. He called frequently during the process to let us know when he was coming, etc. I have peace of mind knowing that we’ve found a good plumber.
