The service was to clear an outdoor drain line. The technician was superb, courteous and polite, clean and meticulous, and performed the work as requested. The only thing I question are the ridiculous prices charged by Roto-Rooter. A simple line clean that took about an hour is $729 flat-fee. It should have cost about 1/4 of that. I will look elsewhere next time.

Spiro came the next day and within 24 hours I had hot water. Now, that's what I call service! We have since used Spiro to add a pressure gauge and filter where the water enters the house.
