Best Cooling Tune Ups in Baltimore MD

I have been using multiple handyman services and companies over the past 13 years of living in my current townhome and I've never had the kind of great experience like I did today with Michael & Sons. Porfirio Argueta was my technician and went above and beyond to take care of an issue I needed to have done in a timely manner to pass a county code inspection. Porfirio was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of my home (I appreciated him using the shoe protectors in my house for sure). He was in and out within 1 1/2 hours and that counted him leaving to go and get additional materials needed. This guy is the John Wick of plumbers seriously one of the best and most professional experiences I've ever had. I will never use horizon again. They wanted to charge me 400.00 dollars for a 30.00 part. Plus the 98.00 for coming out. Once I spoke with the technician about the outrageous cost for the part, he asked what I thought I should be paying. As I told him I have no problem paying but it should be a fair and honest price.My bill went from $500.00 to 200.00. How many more people are they ripping off?
