Our home warranty company assigned Patriot to us for our pre-season check right before winter and they were super quick to set up an appointment time at their earliest open time. The tech was on time, super respectful of our home & pets, and showed up on time!

I highly recommend Holmes Sewer & Drain. I had an issue that wasn't an emergency, but I called Brian and he came out within two hours. He had the equipment on hand to diagnose the problem and fix it. Very professional and personable. When he left the work area was very clean and he explained to me what he had done and what we would need to do next if the issue persisted (it hasn't). When I received his bill it was very reasonable.

John Henry's said they were charging overtime ($100 just to come to the house) and wouldn't provide an estimate.

RotoRooter could come this afternoon and Nick was kind enough to give me a ballpark average of $500 to clear a sewer line (thanks for the transparency Nick! ✊).

John's plumbing went to voicemail and I called the emergency number provided which also went to voicemail and i left a message and have yet to hear back (1 hr ago)

Team Emergency (funniest of all) appears to have disconnected their number as it rings once and hangs up (tried twice)

JC Plus Plumbing (the SHINNING victor) answered right away and said basically call Matt's Sewer and Drain, they're better at that 👀 Who does that!?

I called Matt's and they said they'd come and clear the sewer line for $150 + tax 👀

Maybe the other folks would be better at some things and I'm sure they'd have their arguments... But when it comes to sewers and drains, call Matt's! And the next time I have a plumbing question/problem, I'm calling JC Plus Plumbing!

Brandon was very efficient and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. We were very happy with the service we received and will definitely use them again!

The tech was not friendly. He came in and said he broke the discharge circuit breaker and I said it was like that when I pulled it. The air conditioner was still working and there was power to the unit. Now to find out if am getting charged for the part your tech broke off completely. My air conditioner is old and I know its a matter of time I will need a new one there are a lot of companies in Lincoln I will go with. You better rethink how you treat you hope could be a customer again. As of right now I will not call or refer you to anyone else.

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
