He came out to discuss my project after the 2nd time I called him. He promised a bid by the end of the week. No bid came. Still haven't received a bid after 2 more times of me asking for one. This guy is obviously unreliable and doesn't follow through. If you don't want to do a project at least be respectful enough to say that instead of stringing people along. I do not recommend him.

Yesterday, for the second time this year, Biggerstaff was able to come out and help with with a plumbing emergency on just a few hours notice. Thank you so much for all you have fixed for me, this year. Also, thanks for being very efficient on the job and very nice people.

I called Wellmann Plumbing yesterday for an issue with our toilet, and they came not even 24 hours later, provided great service, and were very reasonably & well priced! We will be using them again if problems ever arise!

Affordable repairs and installations. Knowledgeable workers made my job go smoothly.

Dustin did great work. Completed projects in multiple areas of a remodel. Helped save money (per my request) by reusing “good” pipe and other items when possible. Offered suggestions when full replacement was the best option. Installed drain pipes, vent pipes, water lines, water heater, main sewer line (under concrete in basement), replaced concrete. Quality services and always willing to work with my schedule.

In a remodeling project, we had Action Plumbing come out numerous times to take care of various plumbing issues. I can’t express how amazing our experience was every single time. We had different people at different times, and each of them acted amazing and professional. We have found our new future plumbing service provider!

Logan came out at 8am this morning! He went right to work, and knew exactly what was needed! He is a fabulous worker! I should put up all the pictures of his work, I love my new items! He is also very professional, but also very nice! I will always use Select Plumbing from now on!!!

Just make sure you get the final price in writing before you agree on the work. I didnt and was sent another bill 5 months later for $300. Dont take this business by there word you will regret it. My fault for trusting them. They came back with sorry our tech didnt know what he is talking about and here is a small credit ($66). Nothing more could be done. Bad way to do business.

Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to were very professional and very nice people

I would actually go lower than a 1 star because that's how this company treats customers. If you charge a customer $800.00 for 20 min worth of work for a floor drain then something isn't right or fair!! And to top it all off had to go back out for the same reason within the same day and was told it is because the washer pushes water out to fast. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They are more than happy to take your money for a service call to get you a quote, but when it comes to doing the work they will completely blow you off. Luckily I haven't needed my furnace in the 3 months I have been waiting on them.

Also I was not impressed with their the knowledgeably of their tech. I explained the diagnostics I did, and showed them one of my install concerns that didn't match manufacturer instructions. The whole time the tech seemed confused and didn't understand what I was explaining. I am just going to fix it myself at this point.

As for your reply my furnace is no more than 10 years old. They still sell the model. Parts shortages are no longer a real thing. The pressure switches that you want to replace for no reason are a common part. The control board which is the real issue can be found on a dozen different reputable sites online.
