Best Gas Furnace in Lincoln NE

Had Biggerstaff replace a faulty LP thermocoupler assembly that normally retails around $34 for which I was later billed $235 for the part alone. The 700% upcharge explanation being I was buying an implied warranty that would cover the cost of them coming out in case the new part also proved faulty. Huh???

Always have a great experience with Bryant, they’re always pretty accommodating. They seem understaffed which I can relate to but will try to get you on their calendar ASAP. Techs are very thorough and take the time to explain things to you

They never returned my request, so I looked up other companies. Rutt's was listed as #1 for heating and air in Hastings - and rightly so! Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The technician explained what was causing the problem and was able to repair the issue quickly. We will certainly be patronizing this company again!
