Best Kitchen Sink Dripping in Lexington KY

I wrote before I had H20 maestro come in December to put in faucet, we paid 501.00 12/14,and 12/17 we paid 386.00 to put faucet in my bathroom , it didn’t work had them come back in april was told to use a screwdriver to tighten the faucet myself, I paid a total of 887.00 and it should work, the worker was Brandon, August 22 they sent Brian and he said I needed new faucet the universal ones I bought wasn’t the right ones, he showed me the plastic and explained why it didn’t work and why it wouldn’t last , I glad he told me if Brandon had told me this in December I could’ve taken it back to lowes and got a new ones but Brandon didn’t say anything but in April said I should use a screwdriver, Brian was very knowledgeable, and what he did with this faucet it’s working now but was told it wouldn’t last,I feel like H20 maestro should be responsible for new faucet because Brandon didn’t tell me so I could take it back to Lowes,
