They are always really responsive to any issues and come quickly to fix the issue. Four stars because when they installed my new HVAC system their installers left some gaps that affected the efficacy of our new system and we had to have someone come back out and fix their mistake.

They do excellent plumbing. The problem is they don't show up. You have an appointment and have put the time aside to be there. They just don't come and when I called their business mail box is 'full.' No way to leave a message, no follow up from them, nothing. Hate to lose such good plumbers but can't do this anymore. This has happened twice.

I have used Hunter Plumbing for about 9 years now and they have always been able to fix me right up every time. From small jobs like a washing machine valve to a whole house water filter (today), they have you covered. They spent the time to research the product I had purchased in advance online so it was a seamless install. Use this company with confidence!

Two stars to be fair.
1. Plumber came in through the carpeted living room and we later found dirty foot tracks. Why don't they wear shoe covers ?
2. Plumber needed a cap for a valve, but had to go get it. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before he got back. He said he had to go to three different parts stores to find the cap. Uh... why didn't he CALL to find out if it was in stock, that could have saved at least 30 minutes. Well, I'm saying he probably took lunch in the meantime, but I can't say for sure.
3. It took him about 5 minutes to cap the valve, yet he charged ONE HOUR LABOR... seriously ???
4. We've had two other plumbers from this company in the last 7 months, and neither one is with the company any more, which is a sign of a problem. Can't they retain their employees ? One of them reportedly didn't show up one day, and never came back.
5. My family will now be looking for another company, or private contractor. Not this company any more.

Robert Wallace was on time, fixed my leaky pipe in 25 minutes, and was affordable. Great Plumber!
