Robert repaired several plumbing issues and was on time. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. Highly recommend!

The company would not return calls and once contact was made, they said they didn't have time to come out. Further, they are a contractor for a home warranty company for leak detection and now they say they don't do leak detection. Avoid them and HSA Home Warranty.

Robert came and fixed my water heater, he was very fast and friendly. Will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs!

ROBERT WALLACE PLUMBING IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS. THEIR VOICE MAIL HAS BEEN FULL FOREVER AND YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE. THE MAKE SERVICE CALL APPOINTMENTS AND NEVER SHOW UP. THEY ADVERTISE SERVICES THEY DO NOT OFFER. THE HAVE NO OFFICE THAT YOU CAN GO TO FOR HELP. THEY BLAME THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY FOR PROBLEMS AND THEY THREATEN TO SUE YOU FOR SLANDER IF YOU GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a water heater installed thru Lowes...the lady said the gentlemen who was doing my install was the best installer they have. She was right. The new water heater is awesome and beautiful! Its installed per code (just inspected) and he even helped me with a sink problem I was having. Top notch service, very courteous and polite! Thank you
