After calling around a couple places prior, and hearing the soonest someone could come out was Monday of course its Saturday. I was able to get a same day appointment at On Time. Service Tech Anthony came out, diagnosed, and fixed the issue. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.

This is a review for The Honest Plumber in Bakersfield, CA. We called after a week of cold showers in our new house. We tried multiple times to restart the pilot light but we could not get it working. Everything in the owner's manual indicated that we might need to replace a part or possibly the whole unit (it's an older unit). The technician arrived and I was a bit unsettled because he had no uniform and the van was unmarked, but he was respectful and polite. He walked around the house to the back porch where our water heater was located and somehow manage to quickly restart it. I was a bit embarrassed that he came all the way out here for nothing but when I asked how much the visit fee was, he didn't charge us! So thankful to find a plumber who is out to help us and maintain a good name, not just to make a quick buck.
