This company is a ripoff. Do not recommend under any circumstances. Called them to check for a leak under my kitchen sink. The first tech was vary helpful and thought the leak was coming from a condenser line for my a/c unit connecting to my drain pipes. He called his manager (Benjamin) to confirm his inspection and this guy said no that can’t be it and said it was a pipe in my concrete under my sink (very expensive) and that my whole kitchen would have to be redone. A very expensive job. So I got a second opinion from a different plumbing company and sure enough he confirmed what the original tech said that it was a leak from my a/c condenser line and it would be a simple and straightforward repair. And then I get a bill from their water restoration department for $2000+ all cause they had a dehumidifier and air purifier in my house for 2 days, didn’t do anything else besides those two pieces of equipment and they wanna charge over $2k. This place is a joke and scam. Regret ever calling them.

This is my second time using John’s. Once again very impressed and would certainly use them again. I woke up to my main drain clogged with dark water in my basement- not a fun feeling. I called John’s they were able to come out within two hours, took care of the issue, and charged me a very fair price. Issue is now resolved and I feel good again! Also the technician Josh was very professional and friendly and let me know exactly what was going on. This is pretty much what I’m looking for when having a drain service.
