I have required the service of Advanced Plumbing three (3) times in the past 2 months. Each time Ryan was the service technician. Ryan is a complete professional. He was respectful, courteous and efficient. And each time Ryan quickly troubleshoot the problem, gave ma quote and then solved my headache.

On one specific occasion the troubleshooting determined that I needed a new hot water heater. It blew my mind that he had one in his truck, and he swapped out the old and put in the new, in what seemed to be about 45 minutes. It would have taken me at least a 4 hrs.

I don't do many reviews but my experience with Advanced Plumbing's staff and Ryan [Super Plumber] have been nothing but exceptional. I am sure I will be using them on my other properties and they are the only Plumber that I have saved in my phonebook.

Ryan, thank you for going above and beyond. You've earned yourself a client for life.

I live in Frazier Park and have used them twice. They are smart men and work hard. They answer their phone and keep all appointments at the given time. Never going to use plumbers up the hill again. Oh and they do not gouge the price. I'm happy!

My father’s burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery was happening in the morning. At 11:00pm the night before, we had some water in our basement due to a clogged mainline. I had family staying with me and needed this line unclogged quickly. I called another company and they were scheduled to arrive around 1am. They never showed! I called John’s Sewer and Drain Cleaning at 6am in a panic. The woman who answered was empathetic, rearranged schedules and got someone out to the house by 8am. Incredible!! The man who arrived was kind and professional and got our mainline fixed in a timely manner! We were able to all shower (quickly!) and arrived at the burial by 10:30 and on time. I am SO GRATEFUL and AMAZED at what this company did for me to relieve my stress on this emotional day!! You are incredible!!! THANK YOU!!!
