We had to have our home re-piped due to some leaks. Phillip was helpful in explaining the issues when he arrived to assess the situation. Ricky and Jose worked really hard to ensure the repairs were made effectively and promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They did a fantastic job.

I had a backed up toilet and he fixed it faster than any other plumber had. I really recommend him, hes a hard working man who like to get things done.

We had a mainline blockage that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. Called Mr. Rooter and they came out within the hour. Matthew was professional and explained the process as he worked. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Lesson learned! I had a problem with basement floor drains backing up into my basement. I tried to save a buck and booked a discount plumber. That company over charged me, didn't resolve my issue and told me I had a cracked sewer line and would need to excavate my front yard to repair it. which would easily be $10,000. I called John's Sewer & Drain next. They made it out fast, assessed the problem far more thoroughly, and within a few hours the technician had my sewer line unclogged and draining properly. He also showed me all the roots he cleared out of my main line... insane. The sewer line was fine and there was no need to excavate my lawn. Poor man buys twice! I have recommended Johns already to so many people. Super grateful!

Time frame given should be observed because we have our own time/life too, sacrificing our day to wait for the help to come means a lot to the homeowners. Example 12-4pm window frame waiting time and the Plumber will come in 4:45. If the Plumber will call between the hour of 3:45sh and inform the owner he will be late then that is a good sign of professionalism. But if the homeowner will call the office to ask if the Plumber is on his way because the plumber is running late then definitely you will be getting not perfect 5 stars.

Work: They have their own mop which is very awesome and their work is amazing! They left their workplace dry and clean. (I think they already corrected one of the bad reviews posted earlier) keep on improving and people for sure will love your service and will be receiving 5 stars all the time.👍🏼
