Ricky and Jose worked really hard to ensure the repairs were made effectively and promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They did a fantastic job.

Thank you John's for saving my dinner party! We were all set to host four other couples for a dinner party when my wife noticed a horrible smell coming from the lower level of the house. I ran down to check on it, and found the the floor drain in the basement was backing up. It was two hours before our guests we set to arrive and we started to panic. My wife suggested that we try John's, as she heard good things from a co-worker. To make a long story short, they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Clint fixed the problem and saved the day! The price was very reasonable, the same that was quoted over the phone. We won't hesitate to call them the next time we have a drain problem!
