Truly excellent service. Michael spent well over an hour talking us through all of the options when our HVAC died last week. He is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is doing. They brought us personal space heaters in the meantime until our appointment to get the heat fixed, which kept our house at a comfortable temperature. They spent around 12hrs on the day of the installation and at the end of the day Michael stayed to make sure our thermostats were set up and that we knew how to use them. Kelly processed all the payment information and was very kind and professional and answered all of our questions quickly. I highly recommend their service!
