Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

Price was higher than I was expecting. I received a lower bid for the same job, so I went with that company. RR had a very quick response time, and the tech, Fredy was very professional.

5 stars! We had our main drain clog for the second time in 2 years. They came out on a Sunday morning, I called at 10:00 and Phil was here within the hour. He was great! Friendly and explained everything in detail. We paid extra for the camera, I'm glad we did because we finally saw the issue of roots from our bushes in the front yard coming in through the joist in the pipe. John's will be my only call from now on, fast, friendly and cheaper than the other 2 quotes that we had gotten. Give them a call!
