Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. They were scheduled to come out to my house. I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling. I had to wait two days because it was warranty work and the earliest they could do was a Tuesday. Then Tuesday shows up and they cancelled. Family emergency they said. I guess they only have one plumber.
