My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.

What other company said it's not possible to fix without breaking bank Ryan did within an hour. Appointment was scheduled immediately after we requested the quote, office stuff was super friendly. Ryan made sure it worked after fixing it and tried it multiple times. He also left place clean (used shoes covers - not like the other company) and explained everything. Price was also better then quoted by other companies. Dignity is really one of the best companies I dealt with in long time.
