My home A/C stopped working around 8:30 pm and I called to schedule appointment and had the option of a standard service call next day for a small fee or after hours for a big fee - I opted for the big fee and this team came out within an hour and had my A/C back up and running before 10pm. The fee was well worth it. The team was professional from dispatch to repair to billing. Very Satisfied - Zach did an amazing job - Thank You! Called Sin City Plumbing around 9am Friday morning, spoke to Melissa regarding a quote to have a new Pressure Reducer Valve installed in a rental house. Agreed to the price and the time. The tech Robert called ahead on the way, then I received a text from Sin City with his photo directly after the call. Super communication to this point. Robert is an amazing tech and knocked the work out in a very timely manner - very knowledgeable and great clean work. After the work was done Robert provided an electronic invoice along with before and after photos as well as an courtesy request to perform a plumbing home inspection - great final touch. I would definitely use and refer Sin City Plumbing in the future.
