We were absent for 18 months and the cartridge for the shower faucet collected scale and the hot water flow was severely reduced. I called NPA and scheduled a service visit for noon the next day. That was fair enough for a mid day call. But later, Andrew phoned and said he could come out that same day, which he did. He diagnosed the problem, went to get a new cartridge, came back shortly and installed it. They exceeded my expectations.

Luis was fast and really helped with our leak. We had a leak under our slab and they fixed it and the concrete as well. They also did the flooring since they are a general contractor.

We had to call out a plumber for a clogged toilet at our business. We were lucky enough to have Blake show up to help us out. He was extremely knowledgeable about, not only this issue, but a couple of others that came up in conversation. He not only did things in an efficient and expedient manner, he came and got me to check on his work and discuss the next step with me. I liked being included in the process.
