Had a very early morning emergency where my shower would not turn off due to a loose handle. Called a few places but they could not get to me until later. In a panic I called 24 Hour Plumber and Nick guided me on the phone to see if I could turn it off in the meantime until he got here. Nick got here right away and resolved my after hours emergency.
